Amaretto Sour
The Amaretto Sour made with MONIN Amaretto Liqueur, MONIN Pure Cane Syrup, Bourbon Whisky, Lemon juice, Saline solution, and egg white. This classic cocktail can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Method
1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Transfer back into the shaker without ice and dry shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.
Ingredients
30 ml MONIN Amaretto liqueur
10 ml MONIN Pure Cane syrup
20 ml Bourbon whiskey
25 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution
1 Egg white.
Garnish: Orange peel and Maraschino cherry.
