Apple Pie Old Fashioned
The Apple Pie Old Fashioned cocktail is a unique twist on the classic Old Fashioned, with the addition of MONIN Apple Pie Syrup. The cold foam adds a creamy, sweet flavour to the cocktail. Serve in a chilled rocks glass and enjoy!
Method
1. Combine all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.2. Stir for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass with cubed ice.
3. Top with foam.
Ingredients
10 ml MONIN Apple Pie syrup
50 ml Rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: Vanilla cold foam top, dehydrated apple slice and grated nutmeg.
