Appletini
This cocktail is made with MONIN Green Apple syrup, Calvados, Vodka, Cloudy apple juice and lemon juice. It is a refreshing and fruity cocktail which can be enjoyed any time of year. Fine strain in a chilled coupette glass and garnish with an apple wheel.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake hard and fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.Ingredients
15 ml MONIN Green Apple syrup
30 ml Calvados
20 ml Vodka
30 ml Cloudy apple juice
10 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: Dehydrated Apple wheel and Edible flower.
