Method
1. Add all the cocktail ingredients excluding the cherries into a shaker with ice, shaking really well until frothy.2. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with cherries threaded onto a cocktail stick.

• 45ml vodka
• 1 jar Opies Black Cherries in Kirsch, 30ml of kirsch syrup reserved
• 30ml lemon juice
• 30ml egg white
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 4-5 ice cubes
