Christmas Irish Coffee
The Christmas Irish Coffee is a classic and comforting drink, perfect for warming up on a chilly day. The MONIN Irish Syrup adds a delightful Irish flavour to the coffee, enhancing its richness. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a dusting of cocoa powder.
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a warmed latte style glass with a handle.2. Layer the spiced cold foam over the top.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Irish syrup
Double Espresso
100 ml Hot water 50 ml
Irish whiskey
2 drops Saline solution
SPICED COLD FOAM RECIPE
40 ml MONIN Winter Spice syrup
120 ml Skimmed milk.
1. Combine in spindle mixer for 30-40 seconds with a single ice cube
Garnish: Orange peel discard and Grated nutmeg.
