Cinnamon Roll Milk Punch
The Cinnamon Roll Milk Punch is a creamy and flavourful cocktail with a hint of cinnamon spice. The MONIN Cinnamon Syrup adds a warm and aromatic cinnamon flavour to the drink, while the spiced Rum brings additional depth and complexity. This comforting cocktail is perfect during the colder months.
Method
1. Combine everything (apart from the almond milk) in a saucepan on low heat and increase the temperature gradually until warm.2. Once warm, add the almond milk and turn off the heat.
3. Leave to rest in a fridge for 3-4 hours and then transfer into a coffee filter and re-strain the first 100 ml of liquid.
4. Your resulting liquid should be entirely clarified.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Cinnamon syrup
50 ml Spiced Rum
40 ml Almond milk
40 ml Verjus
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: Cinnamon stick and dehydrated lemon.
