Method
1. In a small jug, mix the Cointreau, Opies Orange Juice, and fresh orange juice.2. Divide the mixture evenly between two glasses.
3. Add a slice of Opies Orange to each glass.
4. Top with sparkling wine and gently stir.
5. Finish with an Opies Stemmed Maraschino Cherry and serve immediately.
Tip
Try swapping Cointreau for Grand Marnier or Sloe Gin, or use blood orange or grapefruit juice for a seasonal twist.Ingredients
