Clover Club Fizz
The Clover Club Fizz is a classic cocktail with a fruity twist. The MONIN Raspberry Syrup adds a vibrant and sweet raspberry flavour. The Old Tom Gin brings a balanced and botanical profile to the drink. Top with chilled soda water and enjoy.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard.2. Transfer back into the shaker without ice and shake again.
3. Fine strain into a chilled highball glass and top with chilled soda water.
Ingredients
10 ml MONIN Raspberry syrup
10 ml MONIN Grenadine syrup
25 ml Lemon juice
50 ml Old Tom gin
2 drops Saline solution 1
Egg white
Soda water, to top.
Garnish: Discarded lemon peel and dried flowers.
