Coconut Negroni
The Coconut Negroni is a tropical twist on the classic Negroni cocktail. The MONIN Coconut Syrup adds a creamy and tropical coconut flavour. This refreshing cocktail can be enjoyed at any occasion.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 10-15 seconds.2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.
Ingredients
10 ml MONIN Coconut syrup
20 ml Sweet Vermouth
30 ml Campari
20 ml London Dry Gin
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: Optional snowball foam, orange wheel/peel.
SNOWBALL FOAM RECIPE:
3 parts Coco Lopez 1 part Coconut Water Pour into iSi Whipper and charge twice with nitrogen until freezing cold.
