Cool As A Cucumber
The Cool As A Cucumber is a light and crisp cocktail with the cooling essence of MONIN Cucumber Syrup and the floral notes of Gin. This refreshing cocktail is perfect for any occasions.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 10-15 seconds.2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Cucumber syrup
50 ml Floral Gin (e.g. Roku, Nordes etc)
50 ml Aloe Vera water
15 ml Citric blend (Diluted 1:9)
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: On top of a block of ice add a teaspoon of flavoured boba pearls , place a lemon peel on the side of the glass to finish.
