Cupid's Touch
The Cupids Touch is a refreshing and elegant cocktail that combines the fruity notes of MONIN Raspberry Syrup and the delicate floral flavors of MONIN Rose Syrup. This refreshing and delightful cocktail is best served in a chilled coupette glass.
Method
1 Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard.2. Transfer back into the shaker without ice and shake again.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Ingredients
10 ml MONIN Raspberry syrup
10 ml MONIN Rose syrup
0.5g Pink Pitaya Powder (dragon fruit powder)
25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
50 ml London Dry Gin
2 drops Saline solution
1 Egg white
Garnish: Discarded lemon peel and an edible flower.
