Disco Sour
The Disco Sour cocktail is a unique and delightful cocktail made with Le Fruit de MONIN Jabiticaba and MONIN Pure Cane Syrup. This easy to make cocktail is perfect to make at home.
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake.2. Transfer back into the shaker without ice and dry shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with cubed ice.

20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Jabuticaba
10 ml MONIN Pure Cane syrup
50 ml Pisco
25 ml Lemon Juice Egg White
2 Drops Saline Solution
