Hugo
The Hugo cocktail is made with MONIN Elderflower Liqueur, Lime juice, Prosecco, Soda water, Mint leaves and Lime wedges. It is a refreshing and enjoyable drink, perfect for cooling down on a hot day or for celebrating special moments with friends.
Method
1. Add all ingredients (apart from prosecco) in a chilled, stemmed glass and muddle gently.2. Add cubed ice and then the prosecco.
3. Churn lightly to combine.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Elderflower liqueur
10 ml Lime juice
120 ml Prosecco
50 ml Soda water
6 Mint leaves
2 Lime wedges
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: With a lime wheel and sprig of mint.
