Jabuticaba Caiprinha
The Jabuticaba Caipirinha is a refreshing and tropical tasting cocktail made with Le Fruit de MONIN Jabuticaba . This enjoyable drink is perfect for cooling down on a hot day or for celebrating special moments with friends.
Method
1. Add all to a rocks glass and muddle heavily to extract lime juice and oils.2. Add crushed ice and churn to combine/dilute, cap with more ice.
Ingredients
20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Jabuticaba
50 ml Cacacha
10 ml Lime Juice
1/2 Lime, Cut Into Cubes
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: With a wedge of lime.
