Knickerbocker Glory
A scrumptious, all-round crowd pleasing dessert! A quick and easy pudding that can be enjoyed all year round.
Method
1. Add a generous spoonful of compote to the bottom of each tall glass.2. Add some whole raspberries then a scoop of ice cream.
3. Repeat the layering again to use up the remaining ingredients then finally top with the curled chocolate and serve.
Tip
Try replacing the chocolate with crumbled ginger biscuits.Ingredients
• 1 jar Opies Summer Berry Compote
• Whole raspberries
• 12 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 25g curled / grated chocolate
