The Pink Lady cocktail is a classic cocktail that combines MONIN Pure Cane Syrup, MONIN Grenadine Syrup, gin and lemon juice. This easy to make cocktail is perfect for making at home for any occasion.
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Then fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Ingredients
10 ml MONIN Pure Cane syrup
10 ml MONIN Grenadine syrup
35 ml London Dry Gin
15 ml Calvados
25 ml Lemon juice
1 Egg white
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: With a lemon peel and edible flower
