Method
1. Place the sourdough cubes into an air fryer basket. Drizzle (or spray) with a little oil. Season the cubes with a little salt to taste. Air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes, until golden.2. Place the Camembert into a small ovenproof dish or ramekin. Place into the air fryer and cook for 180°C for six minutes or until soft and gooey.
3. Serve immediately with the sourdough chunks, Pickled walnuts, Mini Gherkins and Mini Silverskin Onions.
Tip
This recipe works just as well swapping out the brie for a Vacherin, Tunworth or Brie.Ingredients
