Blue Lagoon
The Blue Lagoon cocktail is made with MONIN Blue Curaçao liqueur and MONIN Pure Cane syrup. This light blue alcoholic drink is the perfect alcoholic summer beverage.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients (apart from the soda) in a shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Then strain into a chilled sling style glass with cubed ice and top with soda.
3. Churn lightly to combine.
Ingredients
30 ml MONIN Blue Curaçao liqueur
5 ml MONIN Pure Cane syrup
30 ml Vodka
20 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution
Soda water, to top.
Garnish: With a Dehydrated lemon, mint sprig and a glacé cherry.
