Boozy Tangerine Hot Chocolate
The Boozy Tangerine Hot Chocolate cocktail is made with Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine and Le Frappe de MONIN Chocolate. This creamy and citrusy chocolate treat has a hint of spices from the rum. Top with whipped cream for a truly enjoyable treat!
Method
1. Combine all ingredients (apart from rum) into a steaming jug and steam together.2. Starting with the rum, pour everything into a warm cup/glass with a handle.

20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine
1 Scoop Le Frappe de MONIN Chocolate
40 ml Spiced rum
140 ml Whole milk
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: Whipped cream, Cacao powder and Orange zest.
