Bramble Bush Punch
The Bramble Bush Punch is a refreshing and fruity cocktail that features MONIN Blackberry Liqueur as its main flavour component. Serve this flavourful cocktail in a punch bowl with cubed ice add blackberry’s for garnish.
Method
1. Add everything to a punch bowl (scale up depending on size of bowl/guests) with lots of cubed ice.Ingredients
10 ml MONIN Brown Sugar syrup
25 ml MONIN Crème De Mûre liqueur
40 ml London Dry Gin
10 ml Discard Cascara Vermouth
10 ml Oloroso Sherry
20 ml Lemon juice
50 ml Prosecco
3 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: Blackberries, Edible flower and a piece of dehydrated fruit.
