Method
Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar together until you have a light cream consistency.Roll out the pasty on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Take one piece and fold all the corners into the middle. Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese icing into the middle and place three cherries on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden and puffed up (or cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 6 minutes).
