Gingerbread & Chocolate Milk Punch
The Gingerbread & Chocolate Milk Punch cocktail is made with MONIN Gingerbread Syrup, MONIN Coffee Liqueur and MONIN White Chocolate Syrup. It is a decadent and indulgent drink with a harmonious blend of flavours, perfect for enjoying during the festive season or as a special treat.
Method
1. Add ingredients to a mixing jug the lemon juice should be added last, churn to combine and allow to rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.2. Pass through a series of coffee filters until crystal clear.
Ingredients
50 ml MONIN Gingerbread syrup
50 ml MONIN Coffee liqueur
25 ml MONIN White Chocolate syrup
200 ml Whole milk
100 ml Bourbon
2 ml Angostura Bitters
1 ml Chocolate Bitters
10 drops Saline solution
25 ml Lemon juice
0.2 Cinnamon powder.
Garnish: With a skewered marshmallow and dehydrate orange slice.
