Kir-Royale
The Kir Royale is made with MONIN Cassis Liqueur, 2 drops of saline solution, and Champagne. It's a wonderful cocktail for toasting a special event, or just to sip on warm summer days
Method
1. Add ingredients into a chilled flute glass and churn lightly to combine.Ingredients
15 ml MONIN Cassis liqueur
2 drops Saline solution
Champagne, to top.
Garnish: With a blackberry and lemon slice
